We offer FREE DELIVERY on ALL orders for UK customers. Deliveries are dispatced with Royal Mail Signed-For (Recorded) and should arrive within 2-4 days.
We also allow you to track the delivery of your order using the Royal Mail Track and TraceTM facility.
If there is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an alternative item in stock, or refunding your purchase.
International Shipping
We charge a flat rate of £8.50 for international shipping using the Royal Mail International Signed ForTM (Airmail) with the fastest international shipping, which is available to the following countries:
The maximum weight for international shipping is 2kg per order (approximately equivalent to a pair of shoes and a pair of jeans) and is insured up to £34. Deliveries to Europe are usually within five days (often earlier) of disptach and within seven days for the rest of the world, but this depends on the relevant country's postal service and we cannot guarantee a delivery date. The Royal Mail Track and TraceTM facility is also available on international shipping (see above).
Nearly all orders arrive within a few days of shipping, but please allow up to 21 days for delivery. We do not guarantee delivery dates for any orders.>
Internet Returns Policy:
Returns are permitted if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. The garment(s) must be returned undamaged in their original packaging and with all original tags. Returns are refunded back onto the debit/card with which they payment was made (or into your Paypal account if you paid with Paypal), but delivery charges are not refunded unless the garment is faulty. Alternatively, exchanges can be requested within 14 days free of charge.
If the garment is faulty, please enclose a letter detailing the problem with the garment and we will exchange or refund as you prefer. Delivery costs are also refunded if the product is faulty.
Please send all returns to the address on the Packing Note/Invoice which is dispatched with the garment(s).
