Returns are permitted if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. The garment(s) must be returned undamaged in their original packaging and with all original tags within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Examples of these are Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery services.
Returns are refunded to the debit/credit card with which they payment was made (or into your Paypal account if that was the payment method used), but delivery charges are not refunded unless the garment is faulty. Alternatively, exchanges can be requested within 14 days free of charge.
If the garment is faulty, please enclose a letter detailing the problem with the garment and we will exchange or refund as you prefer. Delivery costs are also refunded if the product is faulty.
Please send all returns to the address on the Packing Note/Invoice which is dispatched with each order.
Note: Please be careful when trying products on. Ensuring that you are not wearing makeup, perfume, or deodorant which may leave marks on the product. We will only accept products returned to us in their original condition.
