How do I shop at Baileys?
Shopping at Baileys is as simple as browsing the store using our product and brand links.
What's New and Special offers helps you find the most recent items added to the range and informs you of the latest offers and sale items. A full search facility is also available.
When you have found something you would like to buy, simply select the size required and it will be added to your shopping cart. Your selection(s) can be added or changed at any time so you can continue shopping.
Telephone orders can also be placed by calling Sales Support on +44 (0) 1254 398891.
This facility is available Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 5.00pm.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments from all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Delta and Solo) or payment by PAYPAL. Part of the registration process requires that you inform us of the address that your credit or debit card (or PayPal account) is registered to and delivery address, if different. You will be asked to choose a password which creates a personal account which you can view every time you shop with us. Payment will only be taken when your order is placed, we will then email you to confirm the order.
Is shopping at Baileys secure?
Security is very important to us and we ensure all transactions are very safe. All transactions are protected by a 128-bit encrytped SSL secure server provided by GeoTrust, an global provider of online security (details are available by clicking on the GeoTrust logo at the bottom of all pages). We are also listed at ShopSafe.co.uk, a verified list of the safest online retailers in the UK. For extra security, unlike some other online retailers, we never store your credit card details on our server.
How much do you charge for delivery?

Can I return my purchase if I don’t like it?

How do I know what's in stock?
Everything that we have on the website is in stock, and stock levels change on a regular basis and we regularly check stock availability.
If for any reason stock is not available to process your order, we will email to inform you. Your card or Paypal payment will be refunded immediately for unavailable stock.
Every effort is made to try and represent products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary depending on individual monitor settings and resolution. This prevents us from being able to guarantee exact likeness of colour as it appears on our website.
It is not unusual for us to carry products manufactured in a distressed or vintage style. These products are individually unique and may vary in colour and features.
Are sizes the same for every brand?
Sizes can vary between manufacturers which can cause some discrepancies with your known size. Garments come in several different fits which may change the size you require, depending on desired fit. The chest measurement shown is the actual size of the garment measured from armpit to armpit.
Note: Please be careful when trying products on. Ensuring that you are not wearing makeup, perfume, or deodorant which may leave marks on the product. We will only accept products returned to us in their original condition.
