This service costs £4 for orders placed prior to 3.30pm on Thursday 29th December, rising to £7 for orders placed on Thursday evening and all day Friday. This amount includes the additional charge made by Royal Mail for the Saturday Guarantee.

Royal Mail’s latest recommended posting date for first class mail is Tuesday 20th December 2011, but please be aware, that there is no guarantee for this service. We strongly recommend that customers placing orders during the week commencing 19th December, select Special Delivery at checkout. Up until 3.30pm on Thursday 22nd December, the cost of this service is £4.

We have extended our exchanges/returns policy for Christmas gifts ordered between now and 23rd December 2011.

Our 14 day Return Policy will start on Christmas Day (25th December) rather than the date of purchase. This means that you have until 9th January 2012 for us to receive back any items purchased as Christmas gifts.
